Service Call Notes — Pool Room 20A, Dual Breaker Light, Porch Fan, Master Bath GFCI

Four jobs, one trip. Pool room receptacle this week if possible — due Tue Sep 1.

New dedicated 120V / 20A in the pool room.
Light that stays on unless two breakers are both off — and install the new Lutron switch in that same box.
Take down the porch fan.
Master bath GFCI trips too easy.

1) Pool room circuit

Want a dedicated 20A / 120V receptacle in the pool room.
Preferred spot: empty wall in Fig 6, left of the desk. Existing yellow outlet can stay.
House has two panels (Figs 1 and 5). Happy to walk options with you.

2) Dual-breaker light + new switch

How we found it: we were about to swap the middle switch in the garage/storage gang (Fig 4) for a Lutron RadioRA 2 switch (Fig 8 — we have the part), and mapped the box circuits first. The light on that gang’s right switch won’t die on one breaker.

What we measured with the room light (not a tick tester):

Two Challenger singles — no handle tie, different amps.
Fig 4 is the garage/storage switch gang. Left two die on one breaker; the right one doesn’t.
While you’re in that box, please wire up the new Lutron switch (Fig 8) in the middle spot, replacing the switch there now. We’ll have it on hand, still boxed.

Until it’s sorted, we’re treating that light as needing both breakers off.
